The bios are from all 9 books of the Digimon (and the Alias3/Neo/Rei) you can use these pics for you encyclopedias etc but not scanlations. There are 43 different bios and pics.

The inserts are stuff like book covers, the inside disc pic, spine pics. I've even done the inside books covers (which are impossible to do without debinding) so i believe that those are the first time to be scanned and released.
