Japanese to English. Double Dialogue. Hard!

Hi,

I have this dialogue that I am trying to translate from Japanese to English,
but I can't understand the guy speaking in the background.

In this 10 second video, the (first) guy in the background says:
kaijou made mou shibaraku desu
"Another little while until opening"
then he says something I don't understand and repeats all of it.

This will be hard to figure out, but a native speaker should have less difficulty doing this.
