Just sounds like it. It mirrors Darkrai's name.
According to Bulbapdia:
Darkrai's name is a combination of the word dark and kurai, the Japanese word for "dark".
Therefore Lightkari's name is a combination of the word light and hikari, the Japanese word for "light".
