Has the "cybermanga.com" website been abandoned by its creator?

Hi,

Is anyone here familiar with "cybermanga.com"? It doesn't seem to have been updated for years and their mail server has been down for that length of time too. i really need to contact the web designer to have a picture removed from the visitor's gallery :p
