Heh, now that you mention it, she does look kind of like Miyu doesn't she... but nope, that's not it. Not enough hair.

This girl is not the main character, although she's a frequently recurring one, and the main character (a girl with long dark hair) is one of the two friends she's making. Her other new friend is a boy who works at the local bath house. She kind of considers herself a rival with the other girl over the boy's attention.

3rd clue: The main character has an older brother. The manager of the apartment building they live in has a crush on the brother, but the brother is kind of oblivious to it.
