For anyone that can read the credits, who did the BGM?

Its been killing me for years, I don't know who is the music composer for Zoids Chaotic Century. I'm not talking about the OP/ED ethier but the actual background music.

Ahh... I used to have the OST which had the artist name, but that was on my old computer that decided to kick the bucket several months ago. But if you look around box torrents, you might be able to find the torrent with the OST and song names including composer info.
