Faulty NIC replaced

Faulty NIC replaced

Turns out we have a faulty NIC (Network Interface Card) that causes the random server slow down that many of you have noticed. The NIC has been replaced by the host and we should be running speedily now!

Knew something wasn't right - least we know what it was (seems be going back to "normal for me anyhow" speed.)

I filed a ticket and they say its faulty and immediately replaced it. I don't know if the helpdesk sends emails for ticket filing.
