Error Screen Translation Help (LQ Photo Warning!)

So there I am, dabbling in Japanese video games again, and one throws this error at me. Most of the time I can figure out the gist of an error with my sub-par reading skills and English words such as OFF and so on. This one, however, contains enough Kanji to stump me, and only the word Wii is in English. As you might of guessed at this point, this tells me nothing. Any help, however partial, would be of great assistance here. Sorry the photo is... well, crap.

Hm... there seems to be two flavors of DRE then. One where the Wii knows for certain that the disk can't be read, and one where it's just as confused as you are. Thanks.
