Let me tell you then in full details xD

I was talking about PAL(Europe) and NTSC(NA) version of the game.
Chrono Trigger DS (PAL version) will/might only get 1 Language XD

You know that PAL games can have more then 1 language :p

One Language - English
Multi 5 - English,French,German,Spain and Italy

That it would make more sense that it will get released in Europe(PAL) before in NA(aka NTSC). That is only if PAL version has one language which is English :p

You know that it would cost more time for PAL version to translate 5 Language. Then that NTSC needs only to translate it into 1 Language.

So if PAL has only English and not Multi-5 it means the three follow things.

- PAL Version get released before NTSC
- PAL Version get released at the same time with NTSC.(few days different still counts)
- PAL Version get released after some weeks/months. (English British and English American are still different in there sentence and words lol)

However if it was Multi 5 then NTSC shall be first.
Since NTSC never has or had Multi-5 Language. :p

If you can't notice the release time of PAL and NTSC there is nothing more to explain it in details. XD

We weren't talking about PAL possibility for CT, though many have in other boards... since it wasn't earlier. It was about Terranigma.

On the topic of Terranigma, I still prefer Illusion of Gaia, though that's probably only because I've never finished Terranigma. I really should. :E

It's mostly just a port with touch-screen capability, 1 new dungeon, and wi-fi stuffs.

I. don't. care. that it's like... only that. I WOULD like however, just a tad bit work on the sounds. Just so... they flow smoother. xDDD

Yeah, it's already confirmed to be a port that makes use of the two screens.. with one new dungeon. I don't care what you all think.. this is the first chance I've ever had to own it outside an emulator X3

Oh fuck yeah I loved that overhaul. Music sounds pretty good not too bad the way it sounds on my emu xDDDD

I would definitely pick this up. I never did finish Chrono Trigger.... my ROM crapped out at (I think) the end of the trial. ;_;

It's on the ebgames website so the game is definitely coming to the DS. I feel like the DS has become the playstation of the new era of gaming because back in 90's, the playstation was getting all the remakes of the other platform consoles. I played Chrono trigger on playstation and it was a fairly good game but I don't know if I'll buy it on the DS unless they offer extras for preordering like an artbook or something.

Anyone preordered it yet? It's supposed to be out 11/25 or shipped on the 24th in North America. (Sorry Japanese folks but you get a sample soundtrack ;-;)

So for those of you that have it, what are your thoughts? For me, the original story is just as awesome as always, but the extras are... well, they're less than fulfilling.

Extras or not it's... Chrono Trigger. I never owned a copy until now and thankfully I haven't played it in almost ten years, so it feels refreshing to me to know everything I remember being good about it still is. Plus that alot of moments have caught me off guard in that feeling of "wow, I tooootally forgot about that".

It's still probably my favourite RPG/game of all time.

It may only be two songs, but hey, it's FREE...

Though, you are right. I wish they'd orchestrated the entire soundtrack, rather than the main theme and a mix of various themes...

Agreed. I'm up to the end when the sidequests open and it's still as fun as I remember.
