Baccano! dropped
For anyone (lol? anyone?) that was just possibly waiting for our version of Baccano... you might as well stop.
The series has been nothing but trouble, and nothing has gotten done on it at ALL.
Here are a few reasons of dropping it:
1) We've gone through multiple encoders that hate it.
2) The translator has given up on it.
3) Timers refuse to do anything.
4) The typesetter just quit the project.
5) It's simply too much of a pain in the ass.
If anyone is interested, I'll post up scripts of what we've gotten done... like the ending karaoke or something.
Thanks to: Futamaru for translating 6 episodes even though he didn't really want to, Scar for timing one ep and typesetting two, Pazuzu for TLCing the first ep, even though he hated it, Mizuiro for doing a bundle of encodes, crz4anime & nezucho for trying to help with the encoding, the QCers for going over it a billion & one times, and I guess myself for making the karaoke that'll never be used.
Meh, we tried. Meh, we failed.
If anyone wants the DVD source, we have DVDs 1-7... >_>
