One. All Death Note sites, not just subbing sites, got C&D letters sent to the owners of the domain.

Two. Kuro-Hana will be continuing Death Note under a new group name.

Three. Read the damn manga...

manga for deathnote is more indept detailing of the story then the anime
(reading hours and hours of deathnote...feels like reading a novel @_@)
