A little help with resizing

I'm trying to make an animated GIF (my first attempt), I made something (not too good) but it's too big for using it as an avatar (for this site, yes I don't want to keep this South Park one), could somebody please help me out here? Here's the link:

Eventually, can You upload via SendSpace, MediaFire or something non-MU?

I actually did, but it still said too big. But it's allowing it now anyway, lol.
