Okay, I guess there is that possibility out there. Though considering that dreams are weird things, I won't say anything about a pattern until at least there is at least two cases that are linked. Heck, it takes two points to make a line. Surely, you can't determine a pattern just by one case...

Sure, the dream is of a similar type, but the pattern of occurrences cannot be determined from a single dream. Unless I continue to have similar partially lucid dreams like you described, it is still an isolated case.
