Reminds me of my ankle which still hurts after i scrapped a layer of skin (not enough to bleed thankfully) off when trying tp jump over seats in a lecture hall. It still hurts, and i scrapped it like two three weeks ago. skin deep injuries are the most painful with all them nerve endings...
