Belt of Deltora Bracelet

I made this a month or two ago. The lapis lazuli is real, but all the rest of the stones are plastic beads. I couldn't find a good opaque bead for the opal so I chose a transparent one with an opal-ish sheen. Unfortunately it doesn't come out at all in the picture. >_<

Actually, I had another one that more similarly resembled the spacing of the belt (the gems were more evenly spaced around the entire circle) but it fell apart and I haven't remade it yet, heh.

That's kinda neat. Too bad you couldn't find or didn't have any of the other gems to go with it.

Thanks :D
It's more like I couldn't afford to use real versions of the other gems, heh. Lapis is only a semi-precious stone, so it was pretty cheap.

It was pretty easy to make, so if you've got a bead store in your area go for it! XD
I'd recommend using elastic thread rather than the wire and clasp I used though as it is very hard to get it on without help. Eventually I plan to try that out myself, but I've been steadily leaving the crafty mood I was in when I made this, heh. My Kyo from Fruits Basket cross stitch is still far from done >_<;
