Like Gundam 00, Gundam Build Fighters and Build Fighters Try, Iron-Blooded Orphans is good so far. Was AGE any good?
Literally almost all the ones after SEED Destiny was better than SEED Destiny, imo.

Gundam 00 was great, though the Trailblazer movie was... a little on the weirder side. BUT I REALLY LIKE 00? (And S2 wasn't that bad; honestly, when compared to Code Gayass R2... I compare 00 with Geass a lot because they're from the same era.)

Gundam Boyfriends and Boyfriends Try is literally the best thing. Like I'm watching Boyfriends Try right now. RIGHT NOW.

Gundam Tekketsu no Orphans... er... so far has been... well... shirtless. So far so good.

I still need to watch AGE myself, but I treat that less as Gundam, but more as a LEVEL5 series, since well, they were behind it. Definitely more LEVEL5 than Gundam, from what I know.

I heard Gundam Reconguista in G is pretty bad though.

Maybe not bad, but really nonsensical.

I tend to forget it because it aired at the same time as Gundam Boyfriends Try, but yeah, I didn't even last through the first ep.

And I keep on reading about how much nonsense it ended up being.

WARNING WARNING
I did enjoy Gundam SEED. But my impression of Gundam SEED Destiny, even after watching it TWICE, was very poor.

Like I watched through Gundam SEED like 3 times? But SEED Destiny only twice (first time and a second time where I forced myself to give it a second chance). Not counting watching random eps off of GundamInfo at random. <<;

But my general impression of SEED Destiny was that there are cool scenes. There are episodes that were constructive and good, but there were also WAY TOO MANY parts where it was either a bore, or like literally half of the episode was flashbacks. And then, there was also the problem where there were like multiple episodes that dwell on the same flashbacks. So, you get sick of seeing the flashback, even if it's, in reality, not that many times. It just feels repetitive and kind of... ugh? There were good parts of SEED Destiny, but sitting through the flashback bonanza just to get to the plot-constructive parts is just... a pain.

There were definitely parts of SEED Destiny that I enjoyed, but I have a lot of bitter feelings about it too.

Like my resent for SEED Destiny affects my impression of the SEED series as a whole.

Like I forget that SEED is decent because of just how much I didn't like the drawn-out-ness of SEED Destiny.

WARNING WARNING
Sadly, in terms of Gundam prior to SEED, I've only watched Gundam Wing and 08th MS Team.
