Hi who likes my sig? is it good or bad?

Did you draw those? Why is the background so bright (which doesn't match some of the Digimon)? If you insist on keeping it like that, a border would've done good. And why does something look cut off at the left side?
All I'll say that my feelings are neutral about it if you did draw those.

I didn't draw them i found them but i did put them in and do the background lol

Well, I find it a bit too plain for my tastes, but the Digimon you chose are adorable ^ ^. I'm assuming that you have MSPaint or something since you can't do much with it unless you have an incredibly large amount of patience.
