Kinda old anime, from the late 90's.

The plot starts with two brothers, Go Seiba and Retsu Seiba, and their passion for mini 4WD race cars. As the characters develop, things go from a simple hobby to "serious business" as they form a team to partcipate into the World Grand Prix, being acknowledged as great racers and making many rivals/enemies from the whole world in the proccess.

Bakusou Kyoudai originated from a manga series by Tetsuhiro Koshita, published in the CoroCoro Comic magazine, preceding many of today's famous anime aimed towards children such as Digimon and Pokémon.

Themes: sports, racing, car tuning, friendship, tourneys

Raws surfaced recently from Saiei, all episodes ripped from DVDs, the quality is great. They also included the movie from the WGP series.

Sorry, but I am gonna say no, simply because of the length. 103 153 (what I meant) episodes @_@

Actually it's 153 ^^;;

But I'm willing to help into whichever tasks I can, it's just that my japanese knowledge is not enough to translate, otherwise I'd get it done whichever effort it takes.
I know subbing is a hard task, that's why I'm proposing to help.
