[Req] Saizen's Major S3 Re-encoded to avi?

Is it possible that if I up 1 mkv file to MU or something, that someone can re-encode it into avi for me? I would like to rip the OP for a next battle but I can't figure how to do mkv with the vdub I have and when I tried vdubmod it crashed.
