I've searched but I could only see episode 1 to 11~ subbed. (Can't remember correctly). So does anyone know if I can get the full series of Digimon Adventure subbed somewhere?

I'd stick with RyRo, myself. They're more reliable, farther ahead, and in an easy to burn file format. I can't wait to see the rest of it.
