Pre-Production Tribe Artwork with Scrapped Characters...?
Just basically reposting this from Rockman-EXE Online.
I recently came across these images while looking through Yahoo Auctions. Checked with someone real quick to make sure it wasn't just me seeing things, and it looks like some of the characters on here were cut. To be quite honest, I wish I hadn't, because it pretty much says that the anime was cut short. I still want to know why..
Regardless, here's the images. A couple I'm not quite sure who they are, because they look similar the characters in the series:
