Due to recent developements, I have to emphasize that Shining Celebi is not an Admin!
You can identify the Administrators easily. They are the people who have an Administrator title beneath their user name. Surprising, I know.
On the same note, you have to activate your account. After registering, you should get an eMail within a few hours. Follow the link in the eMail and your account is activated, enabling you to post.
