Need encoders for Chi's Sweet Home

As the... guy that did episode 1 needs to sleep apparently, we are in need of an encoder that can be around in the later hours of the day to do encodes.

"Later hours" == "earlier hour" to me. So give me the avisynth script if you need any special filter applied and I'll encode it. (Hard XviD and Soft h264?)

It's not just filters... for a low file size, you have to have good settings... which you have to make yourself ;o
