For a forum database, yes. 88 MB is roughly equivalent to about (perhaps) 3,000 or 4,000 accounts. And that's not even an accurate guess.

But if you're looking at it in comparison to other files, it does seem small. (But then again, keep in mind that we only have about 1,500 genuine users. So getting rid of half the data is a lot.)
