Manga by Adachi Mitsuru

Someone please tell me you've heard of Adachi?

He's done manga of sports with romance and comedy mixed in. Among his works are: Rough (swimming), H2 (baseball), Touch (baseball), Katsu (boxing), and Cross Game (baseball). As you can see, he's done lots of baseball stuff.

He also had a short called Adventure Boys which is also sweet and touching about young boys and their lives growing up (a bit of supernatural stuff and some slice of life too).

He's great~ Anyone else heard of him?

I've heard of Touch being the sports anime person I am, but besides that, I haven't read nor watched anything written by him...

Adachi is still releasing manga. People are still scanlating manga.

It's kinda sad if all that's cared about is how recent things are.

The art's pretty simple but it's a nice alternative to others. Now that it's been awhile, I'll necro this thread especially in light of Cross Game's first episode airing recently.

First, Winry (from FmA) is a voice in this. Also, the seiyuu for the main character did Sena (Eyeshield 21), Saji Crossroad (Gundam 00), and Syaoran (Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle)
