That's Your Noise Level. When that value will be higher and higher, You will gain new transformatios and abilities.

-The noise meter increases via 'overkilling' something (e.g. dealing 200 HP to an enemy with 100 left) or by half the damage of each attack during boss battles

For now that's the max Noise value we know, that You can have:
