It comes down to personal choice if a Digimon is useable or not.

Well, nowadays IPs are easy to mask... Heck, I have some alternating IP thingy from my DSL...

Well, this guy looks like a potential ban-nee anyway... (should this thread be locked? I mean, this is an opinion question that's way too vague and has too few possible opinions...)

It's not up to any fact whether a Digimon is "good" or not. It's only whether it's suitable for the situation at hand.

He can be good to use, if you get decent attacks on him. Other wise, it's probably smarter to stick with the Ultimate stages as they tend to have better abilities in comparison to Perfects.
