Digimon Next is out in V-Jump which is a Japanese comic, i do raws each month and my own scanlation team is working on scanlations.
My site has just about everything that you need to know about Next to date
(minus 1 review as i need to do that)

of course view the release forums for some scanlations of next and i have em all up on my site
As for Tokyopop - that is no longer in print so chances are you won't find it hardly anywhere except ebay
