The 01-08 is just a batch of the previously released episodes.

I understand that. I just thought it weird to make a 1-8 batch and not a 1-9 if 9 had already been released. I went looking at the actual BT index and didn't see it. Probably because I was too lazy to click all of them and the text gets cut off after a certain length.

When we had the 1-8 batch I believe that 9 had just recently been released, so there would have been no point in putting 9 in if it was still really well seeded.
