Change of forum URL

Hey there!

You may or may not have noticed (I dunno how long it'll take to really make a Big Deal) but your cookies might be going a bit wonky at the moment.

The reason? I've change the "official" URL in the vB settings from http://forums.dats.us to http://www.dats.us/forums
