Attachment Storage Changed
In accordance with our ever increasing attempts to stabilize, I've moved the attachments out of the database. By default, vB puts attachments in the database, which is kinda weird, but it works.
I've moved them to a folder, so hopefully that'll help decrease the load on mySQL or something...
