Acronyms on Status Reports

I've just tried to read the status report page, but some of the acronyms confused me. Can you tell me what they mean?

QC= Quality Check?
TS= Translation something?
TLC= No idea.

QC is Quality Check, yes.
TS means Typesetting. The process of making the subs purdy.
TLC is the Translation Check. (TL, as you can probably tell, is translation.)
