I found a webcomic. It's called Manly Guys Doing Manly Things. Basic synopsis? It revolves around a rehabilitation center for very manly video game characters to get back into normal life.

My favoritest thing about it so far is this image though.

It's called Shiinake no Hitobito, there's only 6 chapters at the moment, so it's pretty easy to catch up at the moment.

Eventually other ninja clans get involved. Also, these ninjas aren't anywhere near the Naruto type. These ninjas use powerful moves, but they aren't seen when they do it.

The ninjas show up suddenly and make him their leader. He finds this more annoying than anything else, but he decides to put up with it. Arguing with ninjas is a bit hard.

Looks like you made the same expression I did... Though I have to admit, besides the occasional tasteless jokes, the series is quite superb.
