Technically that's 14 series, not characters. It's Jump Ultimate Stars, and it's basically Super Smash Brothers with Shonen Jump characters. All of them. For the DS. I own the game. It's amazing. You can find a translated rom online easily enough.

The nice thing about the game is that no two characters fight the same, each person fights differently with no adjustment for balancing characters. Which means the overpowered characters are overpowered. Except for Lucy, who is insanely cheap. Her attacks have little delay so she stun locks...

While not familiar with that show, I do know the character Hayate from it, he's in my Shonen Sunday X Shonen Magazine fighting game I got at Otakon.
