Hiragana:
The first one is the more commonly used version, and the second is lesser. The romaji can be done either way.
じゃ / ぢゃ = Ja / Jya
じ / ぢ = Ji
じゅ / ぢゅ = Ju / Jyu
じょ / ぢょ = Jo / Jyo
