I am tempted to get the One Piece 3DS when it comes out in Japan though.... I have a weakness for that series and the new One Piece game on the 3DS looks fucking fantastic.

Ah good. I honestly am seriously pissed Nintendo fucking region locked the 3DS since I bought JP only games for my old DS and enjoyed those. Had a KHR game and Jump Ultimate Stars and it was great times. Can't do that now with the 3DS....
