I have a lot of free time (usually), and I can play pokemon while watching anime and playing Stronghold, so shinies aren't that annoying for me to get.

Though if I do get a Shiny Ralts I doubt I'll use it for much myself, so I probably would not be against trading him one.

I do have an extra Japanese Ralts, if he wants that I can easily give it too him, assuming he wants to try for one himself.

I want a shiny of that more than a Ralts.

I have two Japanese Ralts from Wonder Trade and a normal Ralts, so I'm doing that.

I read the Wiki and I think it says it still works? I'm not sure though, I'm really really bad at retaining info from reading articles like that.
