Yeah, I definitely agree with the stepping stone thing, but I feel like he really did not care much about getting the characterization of each character right though. I mainly watch One Piece for the characters, so I just keep noticing things that they really would not do and it's making...

This guy is good at making movies, just I feel like he wants to do his own ideas, so he's crowbarring it into this licensed movie or something. I think he did something really similar with Digimon as well. Wasn't Our War Game and Summer Wars incredibly similar? Just Summer Wars was him taking...

I feel like this movie would be better if this wasn't actually set in the One Piece universe....

The art style feels very wrong. Like, it's sort of the One Piece style, but just a little off. This is going to bug me a lot....

So apparently the guy that made Wolf Children, Summer Wars, The Girl that Leaped Through Time, and that one Digimon movie also made a One Piece Movie. Well, I know what I'm watching tonight.

And by some people I mean me. Yeah....

Some people have social learning disabilities (among other things) that they struggle with that make them seem younger than they are.

I don't ever expect things to be exact, just sort of maybe close to any result. Less disappointment when things don't go right that way.

A few nights ago my friends made a joke that I'm just a body piloted by an eight year old.
