I'm just curious if the site ships to places outside of Japan...thanks in advance?

I found their FAQ page about shipping.... Imma Babelfish it....

From what I get from Babelfish.... it doesn't mention anything about international or overseas shipping.....

What item/product are you after?

From their FAQ:
Q　海外からの注文または海外への発送は出来ますか？
A　申し訳ございませんが、現在海外からのご注文及びお届けは承っておりません。

They do not ship overseas.

You can e-mail Celga and ask if they can obtain the item you want and ship it for you.
