Nope, the raws weren't very good quality. And the series itself used a lot of washy colors.

It is most definitely Tsuchiura from La Corda, but AnimeKido, you only get to guess one thing at a time before Splash updates.

Anyways I've never watched Nodame but given the hints Splash gave us I'd say it's most likely La Corda D'Oro ~Primo Passo~ as AnimeKido said. Damn I knew it looked kinda familiar...
