[Question] Translate your manga

There no one italian translatio about the Digimon Manga. I think that i'll can do it but without your agreement i can't do nothing.
Now, The question is:
Can i translate to italian your manga?
PS: obliviusly i'll put DATS.US and digital starlight in the "thanks"

As i did the scans & oversaw the work i hope Greg doesn't mind my ruling on this:

You must NOT use any of the scanlations to make your own scanlations. (So using the DATS releases to edit from is a no, you would have to use the raw V-Tamer scans & edit them with your own team/yourself.)

Creditation:
Raws & Scripts must be credit as Digital Starlight (with my name mentioned as raws & megchan as original translater)
English Scanlations: Done by DATS
