Ok, I’ve decided to make a thread for all of my current AMVs. Most of them are on youtube. All my Amvs are mostly made with the ULTRA CRAPPIE windows movie maker. The program sucks it freezes like every 5 seconds or so… Anyways here they all are. When you view them constructive criticism, feed back and opinions would be much appreciated! Digimon SPURT!!! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHDi3y0EbbQ << This was one of those I’m board things. No time or effort was put into this one. But beware their is a MAJOR pokemon vs. Digimon flame war going on here :

Digimon UNITE - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gR3LTHwqiWg << XD this has fooled SO MANY people as a real opening. [EDIT: gerr... youtube pulled this one for a copyright claim made by avex ] I'll see about re-uploading this but making it private or something. I don't know.

Digimon BATTLE FRONTIER - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xP6udInV3Ak << I got kinda tired of digimon spurt... I put more thought and effort into this one and i think it really shows.

Digimon Savers OP *PRIDE* - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iH7BmJJnbr4 << My first step up from WMM. My first try in Sony Vegas too! This Amv was a test subject and as I went back and watched it I noticed some mess ups. Gerr.. oh well, In my opinion it's not bad for a first try. I'll let you all be the judge!

Ok. Remember, "constructive".

-Let's start with the openings. Nice. How do you do the text on thoes? is it from the clips or ...? They're nice.

-Amvs. Not as good, imo. There's a lot of repetitiveness. It works in some cases. Like in the video where your flashing between Growlmon and tacato. BUT, it was a let down after the build up, he just raised his digivice, no megad...?mon(evil mega growlmon). It defeated the purpose.

---Also, some of the clips spanned video to video. Like Davis & raidramon and the kids in the field.

--Plus, the evolution sceens. God, that was the worst part. People really don't care. i remember w/ one of my transformers amv, i had quite a bit of tf-ing sceens, and that(besides the song) was my biggest complaint.

--And last, the point. The Pain video was nice. It was a savers video. The others were digimon clips. Just random sceens squished together. It was just flashy, and that's it.

Remember the story writing technique- P.A.C.

PS: i've viewed 16929 videos on youtube, no lie, and a good portion is AMVs. In otherwords, i say all this from comparing your videos to the ones i've seen.

I remember downloading your AMVs last time, before my hard-drive crashed.

~The Pain of Savers~ is fantastic! When the song goes "Pain...!!! bla bla bla", the videos have a repetitive feeling but for me, it's gives an impact. Good job!

*Digimon Savers OP* Battle Frontier is also great! Especially the chorus part. I like how the scenes change from one to another. And I also like the movie-feeling!

*Digimon Savers OP* Colours of the Heart gave me a darker and much more matured feel of the Digimon Savers. Haha. It's something like when you watch Death Note's dark openings... Wait. I've never watched them before. XP It's really nice though! Again! Oh the movie feel~!!

As for Digimon Savers Opening *PRIDE*, at the beginning, I feel that Masaru has been lightened too much.. Haha. Well, that's what I feel. Wow! I like what you did to the Savers logo~ And the idea of placing pictures rolling from side to side with video in front is fabulous! Beautiful AMV~

Hmmm... interesting! I see you had to remind yourself about the construive part of the criticism. sound's to me you have alot to say about my vids.
Actually what i mean but constructive criticism is the good and BAD with DETAILS to back it up. I've had some say "your vid sux" with no real detail to back their opinions up with. If you had more to say about my vid go ahead no offence will be taken. I like the toughest critics to judge my work so I can improve more and more! So if you did DON"T hold back ^^

As for the mini openings. I photoshoped the text out of gouing going my soul and saved them as PNGs (transparency support). and i made the vids in windows movie maker and imported them them to FLASH 8 professional and imported the text on top of the vid.

And i do see what you mean by random clips placed to a beat. I'm not really fond of of my 1st 4 vids. All of them are in the order I make them. I kinda noticed that prolem myself so i decided to make "Pain of savers" I want to try to stick with theme or season. So lately i've been stuck on savers!
